Sklar's® Hajek mallet is a neurological instrument used in conjunction with chisels, osteotomes and gouges for splitting or chipping bone. A distinguishing feature of the Hajek, rather than a cylindrical head, this is a dumbell or bow style --slimmer in the center leading to flared ends.
